SplashMind End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User”) and FarrowCorwin, Inc. (“Company”), the developer of SplashMind (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Share, distribute, or upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' data.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any links or content you share via the App (“User Content”). By sharing User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content for purposes of operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from it.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference; https://www.splashmind.com/privacy-policy . Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

5. Updates and Modifications

The Company may provide updates to the App that must be installed to maintain functionality. These updates may modify or remove certain features, and you agree that the Company has no obligation to maintain or continue providing specific features.

6. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including a violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
